Hide AdAt the same time, Council is also asking dog owners to ensure their pets are kept under control and that they always lift and dispose of dog foul properly. Bag it and place it in your black bin at home or put it in a public bin. There’s no excuse for littering either. It’s important that we all show pride in our Borough by keeping it as clean as possible. Council will take a zero tolerance approach to dog fouling and littering with offenders facing an £80 Fixed Penalty Notice.
