Members of Ballymena Lions Club have been celebrating their 50th anniversary.

They were given a civic reception on Saturday morning in the Braid by Mayor Billy Ashe to celebrate this milestone.

A special dinner was also held in the Adair Arms to mark 50 years of the group.
