Bohill House, on the outskirts of Coleraine, is owned by Amore Care.
The firm was named Most Outstanding Residential Care Service in the UK for 2014.

Hide AdThe award announcement was made at the Global Over 50s Housing Awards in London.
The awards ceremony was attended by representatives from large operators from all over the world who were recorgnised for their outstanding performance.
Amore Care beat all the other UK care home operators and received special praise for the “remarkable care and compassion shown towards their residents on a daily basis” by its staff.
The honour rewards Amore’s commitment to meet the need for high quality care homes for those over 50 years of age, providing a secure and caring environment for residents.

Hide AdBohill House, situated at Cloyfin Road is a purpose built nursing home in Coleraine for up to 80 older people needing nursing or dementia nursing care. Coleraine-born UTV newsreader Gillian Porter, officially opened the facility alongside home manager Tracy Henry, in October 2011.
