There are over 180 events taking place across Northern Ireland on the theme Expressing Identity Addressing Division. Among events taking place is a ‘World Artists United’ evening at Gilford Community Hall on Friday, May 24 from 7pm-10pm. It will feature an evening of folk and roots music and storytelling with musicians from around the world. On Saturday, May 25, a bus trip to Derry-Londonderry has been organised under the theme ‘Understanding Our Past’. Participants will take a guided walking tour of the city walls and Bogside murals, which will give an insight into our shared past, dispelling myths to encourage dialogue.
