Further delay in ‘wheelie bin’ court case
Teri Lau (27), of Dunclug Park, and David Roddy Patterson (27), of Glendun Drive, had previously pleaded guilty to charges of falsely imprisoning Adam Robinson on a date between September 1-4, 2013, and assaulting him, thereby occasioning actual bodily harm.
Paula Wilson (21), had previously admitted aiding and abetting the false imprisonment of Mr Robinson.

Hide AdThe trio were due to be sentenced at Laganside Court tomorrow (Wednesday) but the case has been taken out of the list as pre-sentence probation reports in the case remain outstanding.
The case is now due for sentencing on June 12.
At earlier hearings, it was revealed that Mr Robinson was seriously assaulted before being placed in a sealed wheelie bin which was discovered a couple walking their dog in the town’s Sentry Hill park.
Lau and Patterson had initially been charged with the attempted murder of Mr Robinson before pleading guilty to the lesser charge in November of last year.
