For trial on charge relating to £28,000 cash
A 31-year-old man has been returned for trial to Craigavon Crown Court charged with possessing and transferring criminal property.
Liang Liang Chen, no fixed abode, appeared last Friday at a preliminary enquiry at Craigavon courthouse.
The first charge against him alleges that on July 7 last year he had in his possession criminal property, namely cash to the value of £28,000 or thereabouts.
He also faces 11 charges of transferring criminal property valued at £12,385 and possessing a false passport.
He was remanded in custody to appear for arraignment at Craigavon Crown Court on April 26.
