Further vandalism attack at Marine Gardens park condemned by council
A spokesperson said: “Work is already in hand to have this repaired as quickly as possible.
“Council continues to work with the PSNI on tackling these issues and would urge local people to report incidents at once, if they are observed.”

Hide AdThis is the latest in a series of recurring vandalism in the park.
On this occasion, bolts in the zip line appear to have been deliberately removed.
Previous incidents have included the destruction of a trampoline for disabled children.
Councillor Lindsay Millar estimated that, to date, around £5,000 of ratepayers’ money has been spent on repairs.

Hide AdThe park was targeted just two months ago when four pieces of equipment were smashed.
Damage to the popular pirate ship was expected to cost several hundred pounds to repair. The toddler area was also vandalised.
