The mother of a Larne baby who is suffering from a congenital heart condition has raised vital funds for NI Chest, Heart and Stroke and Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

‘Wee Joe’ Degnan, who has undergone surgery for his condition, inspired his mum Kerri to take part in a fundraising head shave, which raised £960.
