Storey concern at All-Tex Recyclers jobs situation
The news comes after it was claimed that up to 140 workers at a textile recycling factory near Ballymena were sent home last week without any idea if or when they will be back.
SIPTU said management at All-Tex Recyclers told staff they were to go home, following an inspection by the Northern Ireland Health and Safety Executive (HSENI) on Thursday.

We are fast approaching Christmas and the last thing people need is uncertainty over their jobs. I want to help the employers and employees find a way out of this situation. I will be speaking to my Ministerial colleague Arlene Foster to see what can be done to find a resolution.”
