Banbridge kids enjoy coaching session with international star
Welsh No.1 Charlotte, accompanied by her mixed doubles partner, Gavin Maguire, came to Banbridge to conduct a master class for the local players.
Gavin and Charlotte also took time to visit Bridge Integrated Primary School during their time in Banbridge for a short coaching session and demonstration which was greatly enjoyed by the boys and girls.

Hide AdThe personal commitment shown by these young players to table tennis, has helped establish Banbridge as one of the power-houses of the sport in Ulster, as well as a coveted top 10 ranking for most involved.
Indeed three of the top ten U13 Boys are from the town.
Matthew McClimonds, No. 2 (U13) No.8 (U15), Ben McMillan, No. 5 (U13) Joshua Priestley, No.6 (U13), Emma Wylie, No. 4 (U15) No. 8 (U18) Nicole Larmour, No. 2 (U11) No. 4 (U13) Abbie Wylie, No. 5 (U11) No. 7 (U13).
All currently attend local schools including Edenderry PS, Abercorn PS and Banbridge Academy and are members of Banbridge TTC.
Banbridge Table Tennis Club is based in King George V Bowling Club, Linenhall Street, Banbridge. The Junior Club meet on Fridays 6-8pm and Adults 8-10pm.
