A huge congratulations to Rodney Moody and Kathy Brennan who achieved their black belts on Saturday 31st May at The Dojo Ballymena (headquarters).

Ju-Jitsu has many benefits aside being a very useful and effective martial art, such as gaining fitness, friendship, learning self defence and building self esteem.

At our club children can start from the age of 5 years old where they can progress their basic motor skills. Ju-Jitsu can help children grow socially, emotionally and physically and it can help them grow towards positive development and have good relationships with others, also progressing through the belts gives a real sense of achievement.
