Elks march on to Irish Senior Cup final
The Ulster Elks are through to the final of the Irish Senior Cup after they saw off defending champions Railway Union at Jordanstown on Saturday.
The Elks emerged as 6-5 winners of a dramatic penalty shootout after the scores had been locked at 1-1 at the end of regulation time and an additional 10 minutes.
Laura McAlpine had put the Elks in front, only for Railway get back on track with a leveller.

Hide AdNeither side managed to score again and after a fine save from Rebecca Davidson in the sudden death shootout, up stepped Megan Frazer to net the deciding flick.
Ricky Lee’s side will now face Leinster league leaders Hermes in the final at the national stadium in Dublin on March 29.
