Junior Football: ‘Team spirit was key for cup final victory’ - states McDaid
McDaid said their friendships off the pitch stood them in good stead on Friday evening.
“We have a great team spirit, Ardmore have a different team every week and that’s their business, but we have close to the same panel of players every week,” he admitted.

Hide Ad“Our boys are friends, they socialise together and I think that’s won the cup for us tonight. We didn’t play well but that spirit and togetherness carried us on to win the cup.”
