CRICKET: Larne's clash with Dunmurry falls foul of weather

Promotion-chasing Larne's Northern Cricket Union Section 3 clash against Dunmurry bit the dust at the weekend.

Saturday’s match at Sandy Bay was postponed because of the heavy rain and a new date will now have to be agreed for the fixture.

Larne’s was one of three games in the division which fell foul of the elements. Donaghadee were set to entertain Monaghan while Newforge’s match against Ards was also called off.
